RETURN POLICY

 

Our bundles and lace closures can be returned for store credit or exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value.  No returns can be made for bundles that have been opened and missing its original packaging. Items must be sent back within 7 days of receipt. 

 

Our Ready to Wear Wigs are final sale and exempt from being returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
